Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong interpersonal skills • HR experience • Knowledge of employment practices • Discretion and confidentiality Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
