ServiceNow is hiring a Lead Operations Manager, Strategy to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Operations Manager, Strategy, you'll make the business run smoothly and efficiently. This is a contract, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US). About the role You'll make the business run smoothly and efficiently, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Comfort with data and spreadsheets • Excellent organization • Operations or analyst experience • Clear communication Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
