Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Operations or analyst experience • Comfort with data and spreadsheets • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent organization Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
