Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Comfort with data and spreadsheets • Excellent organization • Strong problem-solving skills • Operations or analyst experience Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
