ServiceNow is hiring a Lead Operations Analyst to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Operations Analyst, you'll make the business run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong problem-solving skills • Clear communication • Operations or analyst experience • Excellent organization Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
