Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Comfort with data and spreadsheets • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent organization • Operations or analyst experience Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
