Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Clear communication • Operations or analyst experience • Comfort with data and spreadsheets • Strong problem-solving skills Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
