Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Understanding of statistics and experimentation • Strong SQL and Python (or R) • Clear communication skills • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
