Lead HR Generalist

Microsoft is hiring a Lead HR Generalist to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead HR Generalist, you'll support our people and build a great remote culture. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (CST)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Organized and detail-oriented • HR experience • Knowledge of employment practices • Strong interpersonal skills Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
