Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Organized and detail-oriented • HR experience • Knowledge of employment practices • Discretion and confidentiality Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
