As a Lead HR Coordinator, People Operations, you'll support our people and build a great remote culture. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • HR experience • Knowledge of employment practices • Strong interpersonal skills • Organized and detail-oriented Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
