Canva is hiring a Lead Growth Marketing Specialist, Content to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Growth Marketing Specialist, Content, you'll grow awareness, demand, and pipeline across channels. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). About the role You'll grow awareness, demand, and pipeline across channels, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home. Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Familiarity with analytics tools • A data-driven mindset • Project management skills • Hands-on marketing experience Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
