Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Ability to give and receive feedback • Strong portfolio of shipped work • Proficiency in Figma • Understanding of accessibility and usability Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
