Lead Graphic Designer

Intercom is hiring a Lead Graphic Designer to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Graphic Designer, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). About the role You'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Ability to give and receive feedback • Strong visual and interaction design skills • Understanding of accessibility and usability • Proficiency in Figma Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
