Lead Bookkeeper

Toptal is hiring a Lead Bookkeeper to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Bookkeeper, you'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful. This is a contract, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (EST)). About the role You'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong attention to detail • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software • Understanding of GAAP • Accounting or finance background Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
