Reddit is hiring a Lead Bookkeeper to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Bookkeeper, you'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Understanding of GAAP • Strong attention to detail • Accounting or finance background • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
