GitHub is hiring a Lead Benefits Administrator, People Operations to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Lead Benefits Administrator, People Operations, you'll support our people and build a great remote culture. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Organized and detail-oriented • Strong interpersonal skills • Knowledge of employment practices • HR experience Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
