Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong SQL and Python (or R) • Understanding of statistics and experimentation • Experience with data visualization tools • Clear communication skills Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
