Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Track record of meeting targets • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated and goal-driven • B2B sales experience Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
