Workday is hiring a Junior UX Researcher to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior UX Researcher, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — USA). Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Strong visual and interaction design skills • Strong portfolio of shipped work • Ability to give and receive feedback • Understanding of accessibility and usability Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
