MongoDB is hiring a Junior UX Researcher, Marketing to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior UX Researcher, Marketing, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a part-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). About the role You'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Ability to give and receive feedback • Strong visual and interaction design skills • Understanding of accessibility and usability • Proficiency in Figma Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
