Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Recruiting experience • Organized and proactive • Strong sourcing skills • Experience with an ATS Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
