Okta is hiring a Junior Technical Recruiter, Go-to-Market to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Technical Recruiter, Go-to-Market, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)).
About the role
You'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.
What you'll do:
• Source and engage qualified candidates
• Deliver a great candidate experience
• Manage the full recruiting cycle
• Partner with hiring managers
• Track pipeline and metrics

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training
• Excellent communication
• Recruiting experience
• Experience with an ATS
• Strong sourcing skills
Nice to have:
• Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
• A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
