This is a freelance, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (EST)). Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Recruiting experience • Experience with an ATS • Organized and proactive • Excellent communication Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
