Zendesk is hiring a Junior Technical Product Manager, Payments to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Technical Product Manager, Payments, you'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love. This is a part-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US). About the role You'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home. Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Strong analytical and communication skills • Comfort making data-informed decisions • Experience shipping software products • Customer-focused mindset Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
