Job description
Cisco is hiring a Junior Technical Product Manager to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Technical Product Manager, you'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US).
About the role
You'll define the vision and drive the roadmap for products customers love, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.

• Partner with engineering and design on delivery
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements
• Communicate strategy across the company
• Define and track success metrics
• Own the product roadmap and prioritization

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training
• Comfort making data-informed decisions
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to lead without authority
• Experience shipping software products
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
