Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Experience with an ATS • Excellent communication • Organized and proactive • Strong sourcing skills Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
