Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Recruiting experience • Strong sourcing skills • Organized and proactive • Excellent communication Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
