Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Experience with an ATS • Organized and proactive • Strong sourcing skills • Excellent communication Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
