IBM is hiring a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Go-to-Market to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Go-to-Market, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a contract, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Strong sourcing skills • Recruiting experience • Organized and proactive • Experience with an ATS Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
