Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Organized and proactive • Experience with an ATS • Strong sourcing skills • Recruiting experience Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
