Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Excellent communication • Organized and proactive • Recruiting experience • Strong sourcing skills Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
