Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Excellent communication • Strong sourcing skills • Experience with an ATS • Organized and proactive Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
