Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Strong sourcing skills • Organized and proactive • Recruiting experience • Experience with an ATS Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
