Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Organized and proactive • Strong sourcing skills • Excellent communication • Experience with an ATS Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
