Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Proficiency in one or more modern languages (TypeScript, Go, Python, or Java) • Strong communication in a remote, async environment • Experience with version control and CI/CD • US work authorization Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
