Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Proficiency in one or more modern languages (TypeScript, Go, Python, or Java) • Strong communication in a remote, async environment • Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, and databases • US work authorization Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
