Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • US work authorization • Proficiency in one or more modern languages (TypeScript, Go, Python, or Java) • Strong communication in a remote, async environment • Experience with version control and CI/CD Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
