Junior Scrum Master

Spotify is hiring a Junior Scrum Master to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Scrum Master, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (EST)). Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Project or program management experience • Excellent organization and communication • Stakeholder management skills Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
