Reddit is hiring a Junior Scrum Master to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Scrum Master, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — USA). Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Excellent organization and communication • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Project or program management experience • Agile/Scrum familiarity Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
