Junior Scrum Master

Instacart is hiring a Junior Scrum Master to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Scrum Master, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Agile/Scrum familiarity • Project or program management experience • Stakeholder management skills • PMP or equivalent is a plus Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
