ServiceNow is hiring a Junior Scrum Master, Infrastructure to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Scrum Master, Infrastructure, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). About the role You'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Agile/Scrum familiarity • Project or program management experience • Stakeholder management skills • Excellent organization and communication Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
