Mailchimp is hiring a Junior Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market, you'll drive revenue by connecting customers with the right solutions. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US). About the role You'll drive revenue by connecting customers with the right solutions, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home. Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Self-motivated and goal-driven • B2B sales experience • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot) • Strong communication and negotiation skills Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
