VMware is hiring a Junior Recruiter to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Recruiter, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a part-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US). Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Excellent communication • Recruiting experience • Strong sourcing skills • Experience with an ATS Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
