Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Recruiting experience • Experience with an ATS • Excellent communication • Strong sourcing skills Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
