Junior Project Manager

MongoDB is hiring a Junior Project Manager to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Project Manager, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — USA). Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Stakeholder management skills • Agile/Scrum familiarity • Project or program management experience Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
