Zendesk is hiring a Junior Project Manager, Infrastructure to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Project Manager, Infrastructure, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a contract, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (CST)). About the role You'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Stakeholder management skills • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Excellent organization and communication • Agile/Scrum familiarity Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
