Intercom is hiring a Junior Project Manager, Delivery to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Project Manager, Delivery, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). About the role You'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Stakeholder management skills • Excellent organization and communication • Project or program management experience Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
