Zendesk is hiring a Junior Program Manager, Platform to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Program Manager, Platform, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (PST)). Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Stakeholder management skills • Agile/Scrum familiarity • Project or program management experience Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
