Junior Product Designer

IBM is hiring a Junior Product Designer to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Junior Product Designer, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). Minimum qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent training • Proficiency in Figma • Strong visual and interaction design skills • Understanding of accessibility and usability • Ability to give and receive feedback Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
